1. We do not give investment advice

Nothing in the Service — neither the AI assistant, nor setups, members' ideas, the author's reviews or “Super Vision” — is investment advice, a personal recommendation, a signal or an offer to buy or sell any instrument. We do not know your financial situation, goals or experience.

2. Setups are examples by the rules

Setups, reviews, scenarios and AI markup show how the market looks under common technical-analysis rules (structure, zones, liquidity) and how people trade by such rules. They are a reference point for learning. A setup's score shows how well it matches those rules and what happened historically — not a probability of profit.

3. AI can be wrong

The AI assistant's answers are produced by an artificial-intelligence model. They may contain errors, inaccurate levels and outdated data. Check them yourself and report wrong answers with the “Report answer” button.

4. The past does not guarantee the future

Results in R are calculated on historical candles without commissions, spread or slippage. Past results of setups and ideas do not guarantee future results.

5. A demo account is not real money

Paper trading and replay use virtual funds with no monetary value. No real trades are made in the Service: it is not a broker, exchange or investment firm, and we do not accept or hold users' money.

6. Trading risk

Trading CFDs, forex, metals and cryptocurrencies, especially with leverage, carries a high risk of rapidly losing all the capital invested. Do not trade with money you cannot afford to lose. Seek independent financial advice where appropriate.
