Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using it you confirm that you are.

2. The Service

VVozny.com is a social platform for traders. It provides a community chat, market charts with drawing and indicator tools to follow prices, news, an economic-events calendar, reviews and live streams from Vyacheslav Vozny, trade ideas shared by other members, and a gamified rating system.

You cannot trade, invest or place any orders through the Service — it is not a broker, exchange or investment platform. Market data, news and user content are provided for information and discussion only.

3. Accounts

You sign in using a third-party provider (Google or Telegram). You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your provider secure. You may delete your account at any time from the settings.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to: post spam, scams, harassment, hateful, illegal or infringing content; impersonate others; attempt to manipulate markets or coordinate pump-and-dump schemes; abuse, overload, probe or attack the Service; evade bans; or misuse other users' data.

We may moderate, edit or remove content, and suspend or ban accounts, at our discretion to protect users and the Service.

5. User content

You retain ownership of the content you post (messages, images, ideas, reviews). You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, display and distribute that content within the Service. You are responsible for the content you post and confirm you have the right to post it.

6. Ideas are opinions, not investment advice

VVozny.com is a social community, not a source of investment advice. Trade ideas, ratings, chat messages, streams, news and any other content are the personal opinions of members or informational material — they reflect what other users think, and are not a recommendation, signal or solicitation to buy or sell any financial instrument. No trading or investing takes place on the platform.

Any decision you make to trade or invest elsewhere is entirely your own. Trading involves substantial risk, including the loss of your entire capital, and past performance does not guarantee future results. You should seek independent professional advice where appropriate. We are not liable for any losses arising from your use of content on the Service.

7. Third-party links and services

The Service may link to third-party sites, bots or services. We are not responsible for their content, availability or practices.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, its software, design and trademarks are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, resell or create derivative works from the Service except as permitted.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy of market data, availability or fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits or trading losses, arising from your use of the Service.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time for violations of these Terms or to protect the Service and its users. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual ones) are governed by the law of Ukraine, the country where the operator of the Service is located.

If you use the Service as a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live, or of your right to bring proceedings in your local courts.
